This will avoid potential extra legal costs or delays that can result from an inexperienced support team.
The 24-Hour Answer Service department works 24/7, even after office hours to ensure all inquiries are promptly answered.

Chris Slightham (President/Broker of Record), President and driving force behind this well established and dynamic real estate company is the third generation in a family business steeped in the values that have made it a legend in the industry.
Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather before him he brings a fresh synergy, full of new andexciting ways to deal with the present challenges facing our industry. Chris cut his teeth in the real estate business as a boy watching his father build the original Slightham Real Estate Ltd. company from a fifteen agent office into a fifty plus agent office and a force to be reckoned with in the industry. He was instrumental in negotiating the successful merger of Slightham Real Estate Ltd. and Royal LePage’s Wynford Drive office and Royal LePage R.E. Services Victoria Terrace branch, resulting in the formation of Royal LePage Signature Realty. Today, Chris’ focus is on assisting each member of the Signature Team in reaching their goals.
Jeff Slightham (Vice President/Broker). Jeff began his real estate career in 2002 with a boutique commercial appraisal operation located in Toronto. A year later he made the decision to follow the footsteps of his family by entering into residential sales with a Royal LePage Corporate office in the downtown core. After two years of gaining invaluable experience he made the leap into management, joining his brother and the Royal LePage Signature team at the beginning of 2005. Jeff is the third generation in the family run business from which he draws over forty years of real estate experience. With fresh, new and exciting ideas, Jeff assists the company in adapting to the ever-growing and changing marketplace.
Jonathan Griffiths B.A. J.D., Jonathan has been practicing law in Ontario, and concentrating on residential real estate law, for over 30 years.
He first entered the field when he earned his real estate license at 19. After earning his law degree from Osgoode Hall, Jonathan taught the real property course for the Ontario Real Estate Asoociation and authored their course on Agreement of Purchase and Sale. He currently serves on the lawyers advisory board for Stewart Title Guaranty Company and as a director for a condominium corporation.
